Property inAdeje

Adeje is probably one of the two most popular municipalities for property in the South of Tenerife. Costa Adeje is well-known as a holiday resort so properties here are often bought to rent out to tourists or for the personal use of people on holiday. Further inland from the main resort areas you can find property in villages and hamlets. The most prestigious areas to buy property in the South of Tenerife are in Adeje. Property in Arona

Arona is the other municipality which is very popular for second home buyers. The holiday town of Las Cristianos was the first resort in the South of Tenerife and consequently it is still popular as a location for property investors. There are fewer villas in this area, but just like Adeje as you head up the hills you will start to see large houses and farms.

San Miguel is mainly a residential municipality however the area of Golf Del Sur is popular with foreign buyers. Its location between two golf courses and a long ocean promenade making a highly desirable place to live.

Property in Santiago de Teide

Santiago de Teide is the most up and coming resort area in Tenerife. This stretch of coastline has recently seen the construction of new four and five-star hotels and includes the natural wonder of Los Gigantes.
